CAPÍTULO II

DEL SECRETARIADO EJECUTIVO DEL SISTEMA ESTATAL DE SEGURIDAD PÚBLICA

Artículo 22. El Secretariado Ejecutivo es un Órgano Administrativo Desconcentrado de la Secretaría General de Gobierno y operativo del Sistema Estatal de Seguridad Pública, con autonomía técnica, de gestión y presupuestal, responsable del funcionamiento del mismo.
