OBJETIVOS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Proteger a la persona, sociedad y su entorno ante la eventualidad de los riesgos que representan los peligros naturales o antropog\u00e9nicos, a trav\u00e9s de la estrategia de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos de Desastres y el fomento de la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n, auxilio y restablecimiento en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Ley De Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos de Desastres para el Estado de Oaxaca, Art\u00edculo 34. La Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal tiene como objetivos fundamentales:
\nI. Intervenir en la planeaci\u00f3n, programaci\u00f3n y presupuestaci\u00f3n del Sistema Estatal;
\nII. Ejecutar las pol\u00edticas del gobierno del Estado en la organizaci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y
\noperaci\u00f3n del Sistema Estatal, apoyando su actuaci\u00f3n en la presente Ley, su Reglamento y dem\u00e1s normas aplicables.
\nIII. Promover la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos de desastres y corresponsabilidad social en las tareas de protecci\u00f3n civil.
\nIV. Sensibilizar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de transversalizaci\u00f3n de la prevenci\u00f3n en las inversiones, proyectos, programas, leyes y dem\u00e1s instrumentos privados, sociales y p\u00fablicos de desarrollo dentro del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
